Die Fraktionen wurden anhand der folgenden Kriterien vereinigt: <b>Fleckenmuster und Rf-Werte<\/b> auf der D\u00fcnnschichtchromatographieplatte. Die vereinigten Fraktionen wurden nummeriert (Fr.1 - Fr.8).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-1771-4\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\"  style=\"margin-bottom: 50px\" ><div id=\"pgc-1771-4-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-1771-4-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_black-studio-tinymce widget_black_studio_tinymce panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"5\" ><div class=\"textwidget\"><h2>Pr\u00e4parative D\u00fcnnschichtchromatographie (DC) oder HPLC-S\u00e4ulenchromatographie<\/h2>\n<p>Die Fraktionen (Fr.1 - Fr.8) k\u00f6nnen weiter gereinigt werden durch <b>pr\u00e4parative D\u00fcnnschichtchromatographie und\/oder HPLC-S\u00e4ulenchromatographie<\/b>. Die pr\u00e4parative HPLC hilft dabei, eine bestimmte Verbindung genauer zu isolieren.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-1771-5\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\"  style=\"margin-bottom: 50px\" ><div id=\"pgc-1771-5-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-1771-5-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_black-studio-tinymce widget_black_studio_tinymce panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"6\" ><div class=\"textwidget\"><h2>Charakterisierung der allelopathischen Verbindungen<\/h2>\n<p>Die isolierten reinen Fraktionen werden dann zur Strukturbestimmung und auch zur erneuten \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der biologischen Aktivit\u00e4t verwendet.<\/p>\n<p>Die Charakterisierung der reinen allelopathischen Verbindungen erfolgt mittels hochaufl\u00f6sender Mikroskopie. <b>IR, MS, <sup>1<\/sup>Hand <sup>13<\/sup>C-NMR <\/b>Spektren.<\/p>\n<p>IR-Spektren werden verwendet, um die funktionellen Gruppen der isolierten Reinfraktion zu bestimmen. LC-MS liefert entweder ein empirisches oder ein exaktes (HRMS) Molekulargewicht, und NMR-Spektren geben Aufschluss \u00fcber die Umgebung von Kohlenstoff und Wasserstoff.
