Las fracciones combinadas se numeraron (Fr.1 - Fr.8).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-1771-4\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\"  style=\"margin-bottom: 50px\" ><div id=\"pgc-1771-4-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-1771-4-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_black-studio-tinymce widget_black_studio_tinymce panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"5\" ><div class=\"textwidget\"><h2>Cromatograf\u00eda en columna preparativa TLC o HPLC<\/h2>\n<p>Las fracciones (Fr.1 - Fr.8) pueden purificarse a\u00fan m\u00e1s mediante <b>cromatograf\u00eda en columna preparativa TLC y\/o HPLC<\/b>. La cromatograf\u00eda l\u00edquida de alta resoluci\u00f3n preparativa (HPLC preparativa) ayudar\u00e1 a aislar un compuesto en particular con mayor precisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-1771-5\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\"  style=\"margin-bottom: 50px\" ><div id=\"pgc-1771-5-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-1771-5-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_black-studio-tinymce widget_black_studio_tinymce panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"6\" ><div class=\"textwidget\"><h2>Caracterizaci\u00f3n de los compuestos alelop\u00e1ticos<\/h2>\n<p>Las fracciones puras aisladas se utilizan posteriormente para determinar la estructura y tambi\u00e9n para comprobar una vez m\u00e1s la actividad biol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p>La caracterizaci\u00f3n de los compuestos alelop\u00e1ticos puros se realiza mediante espectroscopia de alta resoluci\u00f3n. <b>IR, MS, <sup>1<\/sup>Mano <sup>13<\/sup>RMN de 13C <\/b>espectros.<\/p>\n<p>Los espectros IR se utilizan para conocer los grupos funcionales de la fracci\u00f3n pura aislada.
