Les fractions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 regroup\u00e9es en fonction de <b>motif de taches et valeurs Rf<\/b> sur la plaque CCM. Les fractions regroup\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 num\u00e9rot\u00e9es (Fr.1 - Fr.8).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-1771-4\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\"  style=\"margin-bottom: 50px\" ><div id=\"pgc-1771-4-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-1771-4-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_black-studio-tinymce widget_black_studio_tinymce panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"5\" ><div class=\"textwidget\"><h2>Chromatographie sur colonne pr\u00e9parative TLC ou HPLC<\/h2>\n<p>Les fractions (Fr.1 - Fr.8) peuvent \u00eatre purifi\u00e9es davantage par <b>chromatographie pr\u00e9parative sur colonne TLC et\/ou HPLC<\/b>. La chromatographie liquide pr\u00e9parative \u00e0 haute performance (HPLC) permet d&#039;isoler un compos\u00e9 particulier avec une plus grande pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-1771-5\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\"  style=\"margin-bottom: 50px\" ><div id=\"pgc-1771-5-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-1771-5-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_black-studio-tinymce widget_black_studio_tinymce panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"6\" ><div class=\"textwidget\"><h2>Caract\u00e9risation des compos\u00e9s all\u00e9lopathiques<\/h2>\n<p>Les fractions pures isol\u00e9es sont ensuite utilis\u00e9es pour la d\u00e9termination de la structure et \u00e9galement pour v\u00e9rifier une nouvelle fois l&#039;activit\u00e9 biologique.<\/p>\n<p>La caract\u00e9risation des compos\u00e9s all\u00e9lopathiques purs est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par haute r\u00e9solution <b>IR, MS, <sup>1<\/sup>Main <sup>13<\/sup>RMN du carbone 13 <\/b>spectres.<\/p>\n<p>Les spectres IR permettent d&#039;identifier les groupes fonctionnels de la fraction pure isol\u00e9e. La LC-MS fournit la masse mol\u00e9culaire empirique ou exacte (HRMS), et les spectres RMN r\u00e9v\u00e8lent l&#039;environnement des atomes de carbone et d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne.
