Nessa separa\u00e7\u00e3o cromatogr\u00e1fica, aproximadamente <b>Foram coletadas 65 fra\u00e7\u00f5es de 20 mL cada.<\/b> (com base no tempo) pelo <b>coletor de fra\u00e7\u00f5es<\/b> \u00d4NICO.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-1771-3\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\"  style=\"margin-bottom: 50px\" ><div id=\"pgc-1771-3-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-1771-3-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_black-studio-tinymce widget_black_studio_tinymce panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"4\" ><div class=\"textwidget\"><h2>Cromatografia em camada fina (CCF)<\/h2>\n<p>Uma al\u00edquota de todas as fra\u00e7\u00f5es coletadas foi aplicada em placas de cromatografia em camada fina (CCF) de s\u00edlica gel ativada (20 x 20 cm). As fra\u00e7\u00f5es foram agrupadas com base em <b>padr\u00e3o de manchas e valores de Rf<\/b> na placa de TLC. As fra\u00e7\u00f5es agrupadas foram numeradas (Fr.1 - Fr.8).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-1771-4\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\"  style=\"margin-bottom: 50px\" ><div id=\"pgc-1771-4-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-1771-4-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_black-studio-tinymce widget_black_studio_tinymce panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"5\" ><div class=\"textwidget\"><h2>Cromatografia preparativa em coluna TLC ou HPLC<\/h2>\n<p>As fra\u00e7\u00f5es (Fr.1 - Fr.8) podem ser purificadas posteriormente por <b>cromatografia preparativa em coluna TLC e\/ou HPLC<\/b>. A HPLC preparativa ajudar\u00e1 a isolar um composto espec\u00edfico com maior precis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-1771-5\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\"  style=\"margin-bottom: 50px\" ><div id=\"pgc-1771-5-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-1771-5-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_black-studio-tinymce widget_black_studio_tinymce panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"6\" ><div class=\"textwidget\"><h2>Caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos compostos alelop\u00e1ticos<\/h2>\n<p>As fra\u00e7\u00f5es puras isoladas s\u00e3o ent\u00e3o utilizadas para a determina\u00e7\u00e3o da estrutura e tamb\u00e9m para verificar mais uma vez a atividade biol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p>A caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos compostos alelop\u00e1ticos puros \u00e9 feita por alta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o. <b>IR, MS, <sup>1<\/sup>M\u00e3o <sup>13<\/sup>RMN de 13C <\/b>espectros.<\/p>\n<p>Os espectros de infravermelho s\u00e3o usados para identificar os grupos funcionais da fra\u00e7\u00e3o pura isolada. A LC-MS fornece a massa molecular, seja emp\u00edrica ou exata (HRMS), e os espectros de RMN revelam os ambientes de carbono e hidrog\u00eanio.
